Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once a book has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return Guidelines

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the book received is damaged or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Replacement books will be delivered within 5–7 business days upon approval.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only if payment was successfully processed but the order was not fulfilled or dispatched. No refunds will be issued once a book has been shipped.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

No refunds are applicable on orders placed under promotional or discounted offers.
